The catering at the Palais am Festungsgraben is provided by FLORIS Catering.
It started in 1994 as a film catering enterprise and has, in the meantime, established itself as a reliable and successful event-, film- and trade fair caterer. No matter if it is for a private function with a minimum of 30 guests or a major event for up to 3.500 persons, FLORIS Catering will meet all demands.
